There's no instructions for the "Catalog Status" in the anomaly intake form? I can't find it in the employee handbook anywhere :,)

Hi Brunchfast, you need to fill in the intake form, then you can put it in the folder.
Make sure you check off the Catalog status for every file (usually an induction) — that one's easy to miss!
